We release the transcriptome maps with default configuration (500 Kb window, 250 Kb sliding window and at least three over/under-expressed genes per segment).
Significance for small segments equivalent to single genes was obtained running the analysis with 12.5 Kb window, 6.25 Kb sliding window and at least one over/under-expressed gene.
