README TRAM 1.0.1 On August 31, 2011 TRAM 1.0.1 version has replaced 1.0 version. 1. A bug of normalization update has been fixed. It caused starting of the intra-sample normalization update of the 'A' sample pool values, rather than of the 'B' sample pool values, when normalization switch command had been given from within Samples 'B' or Values_B layouts. Note: normalization update was working correctly if normalization had been changed following activation of the 'Analysis' buttons or the 'Special' buttons in the TRAM Home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In addition, starting unnecessary 'A' or 'B' normalization update is now avoided if there is no expression value in the 'A' or 'B' sample pool, respectively. 2. An error in describing format for non-GEO and non-ArrayExpress platform text files has been corrected in the software Help and in the Guide. 3. The automatic processing of ArrayExpress platforms, in addition to that already provided for the GEO platforms, has been added and it has been documented in the software Help and in the Guide.
