Testing extension fo Danio rerio (Dr) mRNAs: selt1a/sept1a, nppa e unc119.2
Important: differences with respect to the published result table are due to:
1) in this test only a subset of Dr EST is loaded (the ESTs assigned to each locus by UniGene)
2) this test has been prepared on Aug. 29, 2007 (the published results were obtained on Dec. 31, 2005)

The downloaded file should be automatically decompressed,
Failing this, the decompression need an actual version of
"Stuffit Expander" utility for the Mac versions, or
"WinZip" utility for the Win version.
INSTALLATION
Once decompressed the application can be used.
